"Very bad customer service. Was given Connie Fenner as my agent for my NC policy. She doesn’t respond to email AT ALL. Emailed her 3 times over the span of a week since I have a time sensitive matter to address and I got nothing back. Tried calling her too, no one picked up, and haven’t received a call back either. I’m moving out of the state and they won’t cancel my policy after multiple attempts of me telling them to cancel it and telling them the date to cancel it for. Someone in the office, Brooke, tried to mend this problem, however it had already been a whole week of hearing nothing. She tried to keep me with their office for my move since apparently their office covers the new state I’m moving to, but after my experience I don’t want to have to contact that office ever again. Edit: Also, 8 days ago, Brooke (who had never reached out to me ever before) reached out asking what date I wanted my NC policy cancelled, to which I replied the date I wanted it cancelled. She said thanks and that there was nothing else on my end to do. I then sent Connie the 3 emails over a span of a week, heard nothing, then reached out to Brooke again to reiterate I wanted my policy cancelled on a certain date. Fast forward to switching agents and I come to find out that Brooke just now had cancelled the policy, after I had originally requested to have it cancelled 8 days ago. I should not have to contact State Farm 5 times to cancel my policy and ensure that my policy is cancelled."

I opted 2 years ago to go with Connie Fenner and State Farm due to there was someone assigned to me as point of contact that was reassuring at the time of purchasing the insurance. I did not want one of those online companies that you don’t know whom to speak to when support is needed. 2 months later he was gone and no one else contacted me, therefore I ended up in the situation I was trying to avoid. I have not only been overcharged for a year and have not seen the credit back (has been more than 2 months since I made the claim) but they renewed my auto policy with an increase of 83%. Very dissatisfied and frustrated. I been copying Connie Fenner on my e-mails in hope she would help attend my complaint but never replied back or provided support."
