"We have had lots of changes in our insurance needs this year, which come with a slew of thoughts and questions in addition to policy changes. Every time I email Brooke with yet another thing, she always handles it so efficiently and thoroughly. We could not ask for better customer service. "I have had nothing but a great experience working with Connie Fenner’s office. When I have to call, whoever I speak with is always friendly and helps me with my issues right away. I usually speak with Brooke and she is very fast and attentive handling whatever changes I have. Brooke even helped me get my car side window replaced ( which I didn’t know was covered by my insurance) and followed up to make sure the glass company did a good job and to see if I needed anything else. I left a previous Stare Farm agency that was closer to me because of really bad customer service. Thankful I found Connie Fenner’s agency."

"In moving to North Carolina, we had the need to upgrade some changes with our insurance policies We chose Connie Fenner's insurance company. This is a Statefarm office inn Chapel Hill, NC. I was directed to Brooke Baker to handle these matters. My husband and I were very impressed with Brooke's knowledge and complete understanding of our needs. "Very bad customer service. Was given Connie Fenner as my agent for my NC policy. She doesn’t respond to email AT ALL. Emailed her 3 times over the span of a week since I have a time sensitive matter to address and I got nothing back. Tried calling her too, no one picked up, and haven’t received a call back either. I’m moving out of the state and they won’t cancel my policy after multiple attempts of me telling them to cancel it and telling them the date to cancel it for. Someone in the office, Brooke, tried to mend this problem, however it had already been a whole week of hearing nothing. She tried to keep me with their office for my move since apparently their office covers the new state I’m moving to, but after my experience I don’t want to have to contact that office ever again. Edit: Also, 8 days ago, Brooke (who had never reached out to me ever before) reached out asking what date I wanted my NC policy cancelled, to which I replied the date I wanted it cancelled. She said thanks and that there was nothing else on my end to do. I then sent Connie the 3 emails over a span of a week, heard nothing, then reached out to Brooke again to reiterate I wanted my policy cancelled on a certain date. Fast forward to switching agents and I come to find out that Brooke just now had cancelled the policy, after I had originally requested to have it cancelled 8 days ago. I should not have to contact State Farm 5 times to cancel my policy and ensure that my policy is cancelled."

I'm truly sorry to hear mine, and my office's customers service did not meet our usual high standards, specifically the process for how we handle customer service tasks. Moving is one of the top three most stressful experiences in our adults lives, and myself and my team made that experience even harder on you. I'm looking into this immediately and am committed to developing a better communication checks and balance process. Please accept my apology for undo stress we've caused you.
